This Return & Refund Policy explains our terms for products purchased from 3DS. All our products are 3D printed on-demand, which means they are custom-manufactured specifically for your order. As custom products, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products sold by 3DS are custom-manufactured on-demand specifically for your order. Because each item is 3D printed to fulfill your specific order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or material selection by customer
- Products that meet the description but don't meet expectations
Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Exceptions
We will consider refunds or replacements only in these limited cases:
- Product arrives damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Product has significant manufacturing defects that make it unusable
- Product does not match the description on our website
Claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We reserve the right to request photos and deny claims we determine to be invalid.
3. Limited Warranty
Products are sold "as is" with no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns for products purchased from 3DS. All our products are 3D printed on-demand, which means they are custom-manufactured for each order. Under EU and Polish consumer law, custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right, but you retain full statutory warranty protections.
1. All Products Are Made-to-Order
Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
All products sold by 3DS are 3D printed on-demand specifically for your order. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) Article 16(c) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Each product is manufactured only after you place your order
- Products are printed with your chosen parameters (material, color, size)
- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
Because every product is manufactured specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the product. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
2. Defective Products & Statutory Warranty
Your Legal Rights
Regardless of the custom nature of products, you have full statutory rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract. Under EU law and Polish Civil Code, you have 2 years from delivery to claim for:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., structural failures, layer separation)
- Products that do not match the description or specifications
- Products that are not fit for their intended purpose
- Products damaged during shipping
Available Remedies
If your product is defective, you are entitled to:
Free repair of the product
Replacement with a conforming product
Price reduction proportional to the defect
Full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
3. How to Report a Problem
To report a defective product or request a return:
- Contact us via email with your order number
- Describe the issue and include photos if applicable
- We will respond within 3 business days
- If claim is valid, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
Claims for defects must be reported within 2 years of delivery. We recommend reporting issues as soon as they are discovered.
4. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos before opening
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials as evidence
We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund for products damaged during transit.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method will be used for refund
- Refund processing takes 5-14 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping costs are refunded for defective products only
- For partial refunds, the amount reflects the defect severity
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
As all our products are made-to-order, they cannot be returned except in case of defects:
- All 3D printed products (manufactured on-demand for your order)
- Products modified or damaged after delivery
- Orders where you selected incorrect options (size, color, material)

- Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta)
- Polish Civil Code provisions on statutory warranty
